Kroz višegodišnji rad, Centar za psihološku podršku „Sensus“ je nastojao da, služeći se znanjima teorijske i primjenjene psihologije, kontinuirano osnažuje lokalno stanovništvo i njihovu učinkovitost u ličnom i profesionalnom razvoju, te da na taj način unapređuje civilno društvo. U periodu od osnivanja, pa do 2026 .godine, Centar je realizovao sljedeće aktivnosti usmjerene ka:
1. Profesionalnom usavršavanje mladih, uz pružanje socio-emocionalne podrške;
2. Programe prevencije nasilja
3. Programe javnog zagovaranja
4. Programe pružanja psihosocijalne podrške ugroženim skupinama.

Extremist attitudes of youth in Mostar: risk and resilience factors

The overall objective of the project is to build and increase community resilience to violent extremism through the education system. The project “Extremist Attitudes of Mostar Youth: Risk and Resilience Factors” seeks to address the lack of data on the prevalence of extremist attitudes among Mostar youth, as well as the lack of capacity of the Mostar community to prevent and counter violent extremism. Specific objective of the project: Improving preventive measures of 20 Mostar high schools to address youth radicalization by uncovering the prevalence of extremist attitudes among Mostar youth.

Specific objectives:
1. Inform the public about the importance of preserving women's menstrual health
2. Strengthen the skills and competences of women to improve menstrual health through a set of educations
3. Strengthen and raise awareness of breathing techniques as support for mental health in the process of maintaining menstrual health

Green horizons: volunteering against climate anxiety

The goal of the project is to contribute to shaping and strengthening environmental awareness and environmental culture among the public in Mostar, through the acquisition of knowledge in the field of environmental problems and needs, in accordance with affirmed environmental values.

Improving inclusive practices in the municipality of Jablanica

The project is working on establishing the Center for Inclusive Practices as a necessary support in the work of the Center for Social Work Jablanica. Accordingly, the specific goal of the project is to establish an efficient and sustainable inclusive practice in providing psychosocial assistance to children with special needs and their parents in the area of the Municipality of Jablanica. The project methodology includes the development of a know-how model of work (a model of good practice) that includes three levels: 1. Establishment of inter-institutional cooperation between 5 key institutions in the area of the Municipality of Jablanica 2. Professional training at 3 levels for training experts to work with children with special needs and their parents, and putting the Center for Social Work into operation, which will offer a set of services.

Improving patients' rights in BiH

The goal of the project is to contribute to the establishment of partnership relations in the healthcare system and to strengthen the influence of patients on healthcare decisions. In order to succeed in healthcare services in BiH, and consequently patient satisfaction, to an enviable level in accordance with international standards, it is necessary to increase the level of respect for patients' rights. The project is implemented by the network of non-governmental organizations Our Society

Improving psychosocial support for the LGBTQI community in Mostar and Banja Luka

The project "Improving Psychosocial Support for the LGBTQI Community in Mostar and Banja Luka" is a two-year project aimed at creating a social environment in which LGBTQI persons are enabled to access mental health care systems that provide inclusive and sensitized services.
The specific objectives of the project are: 1. Strengthen the capacities of institutions and CSOs to provide psychological support to LGBTQI persons in Mostar and Banja Luka; 2. Raise public awareness of the importance of an anti-discriminatory approach to the LGBTQI community in Mostar and Banja Luka
